 LAHORE: Nurses of Meo Hospital staged a demonstration outside Punjab Assembly to lodge protest against alleged attempt of rape of a fellow nurse by a doctor, Geo News reported Thursday.During the demonstration, the protesting participants also attempted to force their way inside the Assembly building but the present security personnel managed to keep them away. The hospital administration has already sacked the doctor allegedly involved in attempting to rape the nurse. The protesting nurses demanded exemplary punishment for the doctor accused of sexually attacking the nurse. |
